You guys, it’s raining 😫 High 30s and raining.
Snowmobile Trail Report-
Trail Condition: Poor. Unrideable.
Groomers Running: Not since Jan 1st
Base: Zero
Current Temp: 35 degrees
To say we need snow is an understatement.
Because we still have our horse drawn hayrides happening we will be open for outdoor meal and beverage service this Saturday and and Sunday, Jan 16 and 17, from 12pm to 3pm.

I was hoping to write a good trail report for this week but unfortunately we had 43° and sunshine yesterday. Forecast shows a small front moving through that may dump 2 to 3 inches in our area. Unfortunately what we need is a good heavy snow dump. I would consider the trails currently unrideable. Hang in there it is mid January and things could turn around quickly…

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> Mostly sunny skies are in store for many areas south of the bridge this afternoon as low clouds may linger across the eastern U.P. through the day. Temperatures will continue to warm through the first half of the week, reaching well into the 40s and even low 50s for some on Wednesday. TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Sled Solutions >> 50 Miles on the Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club system from Peegeo's to Kalkaska and I'd give it a 8 out of 10. Trails were flat but we do have SOME dirt showing in the open areas where the sun is hitting it. Overall 95% coverage. Tomorrow is supposed to be warm again but right back below freezing. Weekend should be good to go. #traversecity #snowphotos
