TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Ranch Rudolf – 1/27
A weekend update:
We will be open and serving food Saturday, 1/28 from 12pm to 4pm and Sunday, 1/29 from 12pm to 3pm.
There is snow!
It’s not great snow. It’s not much snow. But it’s more than we’ve seen in weeks. Groomers are out panning trails and trying to get a base established. Some people were out riding today- again, not ideal conditions, but it’s something. The extended forecast looks like colder temps than we’ve been seeing, and some snow here and there..just a matter of how much we get.
Beau and Knox have 1pm and 3pm hayride times available tmrw! We are also offering discounted rides for all school employees on Saturday 1/28. 231-947-9529 to reserve a ride and secure your discount. Please leave a vm for a return call. 🐴🐴

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> Mostly sunny skies are in store for many areas south of the bridge this afternoon as low clouds may linger across the eastern U.P. through the day. Temperatures will continue to warm through the first half of the week, reaching well into the 40s and even low 50s for some on Wednesday. TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Sled Solutions >> 50 Miles on the Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club system from Peegeo's to Kalkaska and I'd give it a 8 out of 10. Trails were flat but we do have SOME dirt showing in the open areas where the sun is hitting it. Overall 95% coverage. Tomorrow is supposed to be warm again but right back below freezing. Weekend should be good to go. #traversecity #snowphotos
