Drummond Island Trail Report – 02/13
February 13, 2020
Groomer Report
The snow base varies from place to place on the island. Our conditions range from excellent in some areas to just ok along some of the shorelines! Over all I rated them Good!
The west is in great shape with the new 5 inches of snow!
Great News!!! The east end of the island is in much better shape! The water holes are froze in and the groomer stayed on top this time! Yeah! You can now do the entire loop! The area along the shore line still has thin snow and isn’t perfect but it’s doable!
Get your best snow dance boots on and start dancing your boots off!
Please remember it only takes a few minutes for hypothermia to set in once your core body gets wet!
