KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports – 2/05
W🤩W! What a great week it has been of riding the Keweenaw! Trails are in excellent condition!
Sean Diederich agrees! Sean shared these photos and said, “230 miles today. Ran every trail north of Toivola today. Stopped at Cliff View then on to Eagle Harbor Inn for lunch! We went out to High Rock, into Copper Harbor, The Mariner North to warm up and gas up at Copper Harbor Fuel Stop. Then down to Gay and back! Trails are as good as they get right now!”

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> Light snowfall across the area eventually dwindles away to pure lake effect over the northwest wind snow belts of the eastern U.P. tonight. Attention then turns to a quick hitting system Sunday evening/night. Things are rolling along here in the Keweenaw, trails have seen heavy traffic but continue to hold up! We get some insane banks here that are almost walls of snow!
