Trail Report – Monday 12/16/2019
TRAIL 422 TO MINERS CASTLE CLEARED WITH NEW REROUTE
Overall fair to good trails, no new snow with trails setting rock hard and flat last night. Trail 422 is now cleared and groomed with a really nice reroute near Miners Castle Road. Details here: www.algersorva.com/trailreport/12-16-19/

LIGHT NEW SNOW, MAIN TRAILS FULLY OPEN, SOME CLEARING STILL NEEDED

MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails – 12/14

The final push to get trail 8 and the Sawyer Spur is complete! We are now tree free! Be careful as you ride because there are still a few branches hidden in the snow on the trail and there are a few face slappers. If you see one, don’t be afraid to take care of it. It will help everyone in the long run! We pushed no less than 150 down trees in 6 miles…. Other clubs are still dealing with the same issues so please help out where you can!

NO NEW SNOW AND STILL CLEARING TRAILS!
Overall fair to good trails with no new snow. Groomed from Shingleton to CR440, Christmas and Wetmore to Munising over the last few days. Trails 418, 417 and 422 poor with downed trees. Trail 418 and 422 getting worked on. Details here: https://www.algersorva.com/trailreport/12-14-19/
