Trail report February 22 2026, didn’t make it to Weber Lake, we are to do a double groom on each trail. The warm up damage was bad especially in the corners and curves where sleds pushed the soft snow. It will take a couple more days and we will be good. Kyle

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> Mostly sunny skies are in store for many areas south of the bridge this afternoon as low clouds may linger across the eastern U.P. through the day. Temperatures will continue to warm through the first half of the week, reaching well into the 40s and even low 50s for some on Wednesday. HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club >> ❄️ Trail Update ❄️
We had groomers out last night on the grade as well as the east side of our trail system. Overall, trails are still in good shape! The grade in front of the airport remains our thinnest section, but there are currently no bare spots. Some wooded areas are beginning to get a bit bumpy due to the lack of fresh snow to help fill things back in.
Our Junior Trail Boss says now’s the time to get out and ride while you can! With temperatures climbing above freezing this week, we’re officially moving into spring riding conditions.
We’ll continue grooming as long as temperatures and snow conditions allow. Ride safe, watch trail conditions, and enjoy the late-season riding! 🌤️❄️ #harborsprings #petoskey #snowphotos❄️ Trail Update ❄️

JORDAN VALLEY AREA UPDATE via Jordan Valley Trails Council >> The valley and south trails have been groomed in the last 24 hours. For some reason the groomer tracker in that machine isn’t working
Equipment - We’ve got parts engineered and are on the way for the JD out of Alba. They worked on it today, hopefully next couple days we can get that back on line.
Weather - Don’t look now but the rest of the season doesn’t look good. We’ll adjust grooming for the temperatures and conditions. Mid 40s and 50s don’t make it an easy job
