The trails were busy all weekend. Traffic has thinned down alot today. Conditions today continue to vary from fair to good, and very good. Corners are icy around the Lakes of the North Area.
You can enjoy rides in any direction with enough snow to enjoy those rides.
Snow is in the forecast. Several inches overnight and tomorrow so that will freshen those trails up and give the groomers a little something more to work with…
Would like to commend the groomers for doing an excellent job this winter with marginal snow. They’ve given us decent riding conditions.
We’re not ready to give up on the season and look up to the skies for more snow!

Ishpeming, MI Snowmobiling Update

The snow is falling!

We have gotten several new inches of snow and have a snow advisory for tonight for lots more snow. The trails just continue to improve and are in excellent shape pretty much throughout the area. The groomers continue to work hard to keep the trails flat and riders are reporting great rides.

Note: One thing i forgot to mention is the Moose Country Snowmobile club now has a groomer parked on site in the Country Village so our spur is always the first to be groomed when they go out. So you can literally see the groomer leaving to go do the trails from our parking lot!

Weather
Cold weather and lots of snow coming down. Should be more snow throughout the week.
