TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Ranch Rudolf – 1/9 Just wanted to be sure you saw our update that groomers did not go out last night as there just isn’t enough snow to work with. Although the things are mostly snow covered when looking out the window, trails are down to dirt in many spots are are considered to be in poor condition. TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club >> We received about 3-4 inches of fresh snow overnight. Groomer driver Don went out on the west trail and reported excellent conditions. Groomer driver Jeff was on the south trail and reported some drifting in the open areas and rated the trails as excellent. We will be out again tomorrow.
