Munising Area Trail Report – 01/03
MUNISING AREA UPDATE via Alger County Sorva – 1/3 TRAIL REPORT – Monday, January 3, 2022 TRAILS LOOKING GOOD AND HELPING NEIGHBORS! We have a chilly morning with no new snow, lighter traffic and a trail system in with overall good condition, fair to poor in towns and near roadways. There are some icy corners, ice patches and dirty / gravel mix snow in the outlying areas so ride with caution. Operators were getting really good results last night. Our neighboring club in Seney to the East has unfortunately been down to one machine this season and doing what they can to keep up. Last night we helped out at Seney’s requested by grooming an additional 15 miles East on Trail 8 to the Trail 43 Intersection. As usual trails are expected to get choppy throughout the day so ride safe, stay right and enjoy! Keep doing the Cold Weather Snow Dancing and Stay Tuned for updates!
