A couple of inches of heavy, wet snow fell overnight and it’s still snowing. Sure is making my thumb twitch! ❄️❄️❄️

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan - Skies will begin to clear from west to east today into tonight as lake effect snow slowly shifts to the west wind snow belts. By tonight, lake effect snow ends as clear skies and light winds lead to a cold night. Michigan Snowmobile Trail Report

SAULT STE. MARIE UPDATE via Sault Ste. Marie Snowmobile Association - Groomer Bryan is out on the city trails tonight as snow is falling. We are supposed to get anywhere from 4-8” which will only improve our trails. They have been holding up great even with heavier traffic. Bryan cautions that there may be some blowing and drifting along the airport in the normal spots.
