Frederic / Gaylord Area Trail Report – Sledheads of Frederic – 12/12
I like it, I like it a lot. Nice cold temps and snow fell most of the day yesterday. Really only a few new inches of mostly fluffy lake effect but it keeps coming and is adding up which we all like a lot. Still not close enough for groomers to be out but predictions for the rest of the week are cold temps and more snow so you cant ask for more than that. I only saw a few sleds all day yesterday and so far this morning in Frederic the only thing I have seen go thru is the train heading north which reminds me STAY AWAY FROM THE RAILROAD TRACKS unless you want a $300 ticket for even being a little close to them. <> Visit Sledheads of Frederic Website >>>> <> WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> Bitterly cold temps return tonight, particularly for the eastern UP and interior northern Lower Michigan, with wind chills dropping between -15 to -25 across parts of interior northern lower and eastern upper.
