Indian River Trail Report – 02/19

Trail conditions…hmmm…Yesterday temperatures climbed above freezing but it didn’t keep our groomers from going out. Both trails were groomed and are in good shape. During their groom last night we started to get some light precipitation. Temperatures stayed slightly above freezing overnight and made everything icy. Side roads are icy and most schools have today off. Main roads are wet and the temperature has dropped several degrees since early this morning. The wind has picked up and it’s feeling like winter outside. If you ride today expect some icy areas. Forecasters are calling for at least an inch of fresh snow today. Assuming we stay under freezing trails will hold up just fine. Have a good day everyone, and thanks for reading.
