Snowmobilers say the trails were good last night, aside from a few trees and branches down. Around 8” of snow has fallen in the last 24-48 hours! Come up and enjoy some new year’s fun!

WELLSTON - CADILLAC AREA UPDATE via Wellston Winter Trails and Promotions >> Groomers were out yesterday removing fallen branches from the trails. They are heading back out this morning and will report back later today on overall conditions. The rain and high winds caused numerous power outages in the area and backroad are ice slicks. Heavy snow and strong winds gusting to 45-55+ mph are expected to create localized blizzard conditions across open areas at times from mid-morning into early afternoon. Drifting snow may make travel especially difficult on secondary roadways. Power outages will also be possible, especially across areas that experienced icing on Sunday.
