Gaylord Bureau – March 14, 2024 – 4:45 p.m. It looks like our snowmobile season has come to an early end. There has been little to no snow on the ground for several weeks, with temperatures ranging from 30 – 65 degrees. We hope you’ll come visit us for some warm season fun over the coming months while we wait for next winter to begin! A whole 1 inch on top of nothing. Funny part about that is there were 3 sleds that felt there was enough snow to ride. I took a pic of them over at the swamp about an hour or so ago. No way would I go out in this. Still 9 days of riding season left but I cant see any thing happening. Supposed to be 50 again this coming week. Wish I had better news. Sled traffic was slow around Frederic on sunday but people having a good time. Supposed to be a little warmer all week but turn colder next weekend. Sorry I dont even have any pics from yesterday. Pisten Bully is still down on trail 4/76. NDA ordered Wednesday showed up Saturday afternoon. Crew got out there Sunday but found more damage and parts were ordered today.
If you happen to find this boogie wheel between Alba and trail 76 north of Elmira please notify us, we need to get our hands on it. New part is on order and scheduled to be in tomorrow.
If all goes as planned trails will be back in shape by end of the week.
