Snow continues this morning, heaviest across the north central highlands. Snow will then quickly diminish this afternoon and will end most areas by late afternoon. Where the heaviest snow has fallen, travel will be very difficult this morning. Also, where snow has collected on trees, gusty winds this morning may still break tree limbs and cause additional power outages.
