Cadillac Area Trail Report – Cadillac Trails – 01/04

Wednesday, January 4, 2012

The 6 inches of packy snow we got earlier this week has settled and unfortunately no new snow has arrived. The trails have seen a lot of traffic the last couple of days so the sleds have packed the snow nicely. However, in curves and deep forest areas it is down to snirt.

We are not grooming at this time. We need more snow.

Snow accumulation: 4.5 inches*

Speaking of staging areas: Our trail system has numerous staging areas for your convenience:

Tustin
Bristol
33 Rd (Off M55)
44 Rd (Off M115)
27 Rd (Off M55)
Caberfae(Off M55)

Have fun and ride safely.

The last weekend we got between 6-24" of fresh snow, along the lake it’s pretty thin, but once you get away from the lake 2-3 miles it gets a lot better, all the trails are being groomed, and the traffic is very light.

If you’re looking for lodging we offer a complete line of cabins, suites, and motel rooms, all at very affordable prices.

Check out Scott’s Superior Inn for your lodging needs (906) 884-4866
