» Gaylord Area Trail Report – Ray’s Retreat Country Inn – 01/02The groomer has been out. We did call the DNR today due to several complaints that the trails around Gaylord were extremely rough yesterday.
I can tell you trail 7 is in great shape. Looks beautiful. One groomer is still down but they were going to try to have a groomer from another area come over to finish getting all of the trail system back in good shape.

My thoughts…schools back in session this week and cold temps and New Years in the middle of a week.. are keeping visitors to a LOW turnout……Our grooming operation is in full operation about 2 weeks early this year….YAY>>.
Trails are great and hardened from last nights grooming….
Groomers back out today….trail usage,,motels usage.. is very low….
ITs A great time to take advantage of Pristine Trails and motel Vacancys… Snow in the trees is awesome…a ‘NORWAY’ setting on our trails… A ‘stress free’ family outing in these conditions await..
