Cadillac Area Trail Report – 12/07

CADILLAC AREA UPDATE via Coyote Crossing Resort – 12/07

Trails are pretty good!
Trails are pretty good! Conditions: Good!
https://coyotecrossingresort.com/trails-are-pretty-good/

Conditions – Good

Base – 1-3

Snow last 24 hrs- 1

Hello – Several of our tractors went out grooming yesterday. Most of the system got hit once before the warm-up comes early this week. I groomed Trail 37 north to Boon and then south to Trail 35. Overall conditions were mostly Good and better after getting some chatter worked out. Crossing fingers that warm up is short and we don’t lose this good start to the season 🤞. My son reported things to be really good between Boon and Mesick .. He said conditions were a little thin around Brethren , but I’ve heard Northwest towards Thompsonville had plenty of snow. Please remember this is early season riding and things aren’t perfect out there.

THINK SNOW ! Pete

Temps are warming today, tomorrow, and Monday. Please be kind to the trails, tread lightly during this warm up. The bright side of this is that it will help firm up the base. Think cold!

KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports >> W❄️W! What an amazing week it has been on the trails!
The first half of the week was unusually quiet as far as traffic and the trails seriously couldn’t have been better! As we move into the weekend, traffic is definitely picking up but trails have still been in great shape! Huge thank you to all of the clubs and groomer operators!
Ryan Bennet and Nikki McGill set out to enjoy some of the trails this morning from Krupps Resort and they weren’t disappointed! Ryan shared these photos with us and said, “Have had a GREAT day so far! Ran down 3 to 12, over to 174 down to Sidnaw. Back up 109 through the Sturgeon River Gorge, ran up to Church in the Valley Bar. Will be taking 109 back to Twin Lakes. What a great 160+ mile day!”
This weekend and upcoming week’s forecast includes fresh snow and colder temps each day! Just what ever sledder ordered!
Thanks for sharing Ryan! #keweenaw #snowphotos
