Lake Gogebic Trail Report – 01/19

Wow – what a blustery white out we had last night! Another 5-inches or so of new snow, kind of hard to tell how much exactly as it was really blowing. Very cold, again, last night, which really helped firm up our trails. A snowmobiler just reported to us that Trail 8 west is “beautiful”, the wet area has frozen up and the trail is in great shape now.
More snow is in the forecast periodically throughout the week. Temps will start rising from the subzero numbers we had over the weekend to the teens and then low 20’s thru the week.
