LAKE GOGEBIC AREA UPDATE via Gogebic Area Grooming – 01/29 1n, 13n were hit tonight and a double groom on 8east to Ewen. It has turned into the Bill Nichols #3 to Houghton… Tons of traffic so we did a late night double to avoid traffic and reset the entire section. Blizzard Warnings have moved South to include Leelanau, Emmet, Cheboygan, Southeastn Chippewa, Mackinac Island/Bois Blanc, Beaver Island. Ice Storm Warnings have moved South to include Wexford, Missaukee, Oscoda, Alcona and Alpena Counties. Winter Weather Advisories now include Clare, Osceola Counties.
The warm line is farther South keeping higher totals North. Winds continue to pick up along with the snow tonight.
