Sault Ste. Marie Trail Report – 12/28
SAULT STE. MARIE UPDATE via Sault Ste. Marie Snowmobile Association – 12/28 Today was another one of those “what a day” kind of days. While they were working on that, they got a call that another one of our guys was stuck out on the city trails in a mud hole that was covered by heavy snow that just sucked the Tucker right in. Thankfully, he is ok and he was in a good spot to get hooked & our friends at Merle’s Towing were there in a jiffy to help us out. Those guys are awesome and always there for us! Raco Dave made it through the Raco powerlines, 889, the Bay Mills Connector, and 480 through the Spile Dam with just the Pisten Bully, no drag. No news is good news so I assume all went well there. Kinross loop west is pretty beat up and we won’t be able to get out there until that machine is fixed and temps drop. We appreciate your patience and support! Thanks all!! <> <> Sault Ste. Buck, Tom, Mike, and Jay were at the barn digging a track out of a snow bank to get it ready to put on our Kinross groomer when comes in tomorrow. Heavy snow and ice build up took its toll on the track and we need to replace it with what we have until we can get a new one.
Tomorrow is another day and we’ll keep at it! Postings From Regional Pages On Facebook
