FREDERIC / GAYLORD AREA UPDATE via Sledheads of Frederic – 1/17 Another deadsville morning in Frederic, about 25 degrees with a misty drizzle in the air. Sled traffic on sunday was slow around Frederic and it used to be that MLK day would be a busy day but I dont see it coming at all today as it is 11:30 this morning. Havent seen or heard a sled or trailer around town. So I will just keep this short and sweet and lets see what this upcoming week will bring us. Thanks for checking in. Precipitation is expected to transition to snow on Thursday. Tuesday, a new system moves into the Upper Great Lakes, increasing clouds during the day, and bringing snow in the evening, and then changing to freezing rain overnight.
