KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports – 03/14 It is a sad day when a snowmobile season comes to an end 🎬 ….grooming operations have ceased for the season. Huge thank you AGAIN to all of the Groomer Operators and everyone else that makes the season possible! Looks like its going to be a while before we go out again, if we even do. went ABOVE and beyond wrapping an order of delicious BBQ Mac n cheese so I could transport it on the sled! Ron at Copper Harbor Fuel Stop -dudes a stich! Great place to fuel up and a convenience store! The crew at Slim’s Cafe down home nice and helpful! Today we rode 122 and back on trail 124! Trail 122 was bad..see photos of water on trail from David. It was passable but not easily. Trail 124 ranged from good to great! The only negative factor on 124 was bumps-no open areas! Trail 3 was good just choppy. So glad I made it up! I can’t wait to return! ”

We've been busy setting up everything for tomorrow's Backcountry Village big event. Gates will open around 9am, ride out at 2pm, and the the freestyle show at 4pm. Come visit the Western UP Trail Reports booth just to the left of the stage.

Looks like Saturday is going to be the nicest day in the past 2 weeks, 20° and partly cloudy. So if you're coming up this weekend the trails are in very good shape and warmer temps.
