KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports – 03/09 Well…..after the previous “Debbie Downer” post….. here’s a bit more upbeat! Very jealous Adam Garvey! Adam rode out of Lac La Belle this morning, did some riding on the way to breakfast….. Adam said, “100 miles before breakfast, now time to park them until it cools back down! Trails 124,122, 130 and trail 3 from Lake Linden to Copper Harbor still in good shape, a little snirt but not much 132 n 134 great except last 6 miles to highrock which is rough.” Now that’s the way to start a day Adam! We've been busy setting up everything for tomorrow's Backcountry Village big event. Gates will open around 9am, ride out at 2pm, and the the freestyle show at 4pm. Come visit the Western UP Trail Reports booth just to the left of the stage.

Looks like Saturday is going to be the nicest day in the past 2 weeks, 20° and partly cloudy. So if you're coming up this weekend the trails are in very good shape and warmer temps.
