SAULT STE. MARIE UPDATE via Sault Ste. Marie Snowmobile Association – 03/04 From Groomer Steve tonight out on the city trails. He says they are shaping up nicely! He also groomed trail 49 and had this to say… A few tree roots/rocks/other hard objects showing up on trail. It’s going to be a busy weekend, possibly one of the last for the season! Ride safe, ride right and be sure to watch for our groomers. Please thank them when you can. It’s been a tough season but they all did a phenomenal job. “Trail is bumpy from 12 Mile to Kinross. Still good snow in most places.
Thin base in some places. Use caution”
Remember that roads and shoulders are mostly bare. Trails are somewhat hard and icy but our groomers are grabbing snow from the sides of trails to try and fill in bumps and corners where we can. Postings From Regional Pages On Facebook
