Frederic / Gaylord Area Trail Report – Sledheads of Frederic – 01/21
And still no new snow and 33 degrees out in downtown Frederic, we were suppposed to have 3 nights of lake effect but only one has showed up. Not looking any bettter for friday and saturday, I see many people saying they are riding off trail and finding snow. So many are restless and want to get out. I might even try a little ride my self today. I still rate the trails from poor to fair… Sunday it says a system, but thats a little late for the weekend. Blah Blah Blah Blah,,,same old story. On a happier note I had to go visit Mickey yesterday in Midland for some goodies and once again he fixed me up. He is a great guy and if you need any used part he most likely has it. I see 6 sleds over at the swamp right now and am sure they are there for the breakfast buffet. My gut feeling is its gonna be a slow saturday but conditions are still better than we have seen in years. We are in pretty good shape considering it’s mid-December.

The base is building but, going easy on the throttle will help keep it in place
