Keweenaw Peninsula Trail Report – 01/18
KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports – 01/18 Skylar Baxter got out for a ride today and shared these photos and review…. “60 miles, 2.5 hours on the sled today. Twin Lakes to Greenland on trail 13, Greenland back to Twin Lakes on trail 3. Definitely need more snow so the groomers can get out and work their magic. Trail 13, the closer to the lake, its really thin, and any part of the trail that is not on a gravel road, beat up pretty bad. I was happy to get on the rail bed! Lol. It was snowing pretty good in Greenland area, but once I got back to Twin Lakes, notta, zip, zilch, nothing. As I look across the lake right now though, it’s snowing pretty good, fingers crossed it does this for the next two days at least.” Skylar Happy to say the forecast does include snow! Hopefully we get a good dumping all week! Thanks for sharing Skylar! KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Western & Southern UP Trail Reports – 01/18 Felt good to get in the seat and work the trails this morning. Trail came out in pretty good shape considering the lack of snow. I pretty much knocked the tops off in preperation for the snow that’s coming down right now. <> Keweenaw Trail Reports on Facebook >>>> <> This message is only visible to site admins <> Latest Trail Reports – Quick Links <>
