HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club – 01/15 Our trails are in bad shape, it’s rained almost all day today and has been in the high 30’s. We had groomers out last night on the grade as well as the east side of our trail system. Overall, trails are still in good shape! The grade in front of the airport remains our thinnest section, but there are currently no bare spots. Some wooded areas are beginning to get a bit bumpy due to the lack of fresh snow to help fill things back in.
Our Junior Trail Boss says now’s the time to get out and ride while you can! With temperatures climbing above freezing this week, we’re officially moving into spring riding conditions.
We’ll continue grooming as long as temperatures and snow conditions allow. Ride safe, watch trail conditions, and enjoy the late-season riding! 🌤️❄️ #harborsprings #petoskey #snowphotos❄️ Trail Update ❄️
