Harbor Springs Trail Report – 01/15
HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club – 01/15 Our trails are in bad shape, it’s rained almost all day today and has been in the high 30’s. The rain is supposed to turn to snow tonight but it’s not looking like we are going to get much. <> HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club >> It’s that time of year where it’s hit or miss for grooming due to warmer temperatures. We were able to get two groomers out last night, the grade was groomed from Alanson to Ball Road, and the entire east side was also groomed. We are hoping to get out and groom the west side of our trail system tonight or tomorrow. Are the west side trails in ok shape even though they did not get groomed. We had groomers lined up for last night but unfortunately the temperatures didn’t get low enough to head out. Don’t forget Clyde’s is putting on their annual ride today and they have a steak & shrimp dinner afterwards where all proceeds go to the club.
