KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports - Some are still being caught off guard attempting to ride out to High Rock Bay, we’ve tried to share photos often and caution ⚠️ riders but not everyone sees the information.
If you’d like to know what High Rock looks like without taking your sled through a “sled wash” as Dean jokingly referred to this crossing, please take a peek at his photos!
Dean thought trails were in fair condition but rideable only due to the lack of snow.
He said 134 back to Mohawk was a better ride.
It’s obvious from photos the area is in need of snow, but it is also nice to see others are making the best they can out of their trips!
Still hopeful this season will make a turn for the better S❄️❄️N! Keep doing those snow dances .... and hey.... step it up a bit!!😂 ... #keweenaw #snowphotos

Well, you might as well say there's no snow in the U.P.well now I can say my fountain of youth has dried up.😪

Why the hell would u ride a sled in that shit in first place. There is no way I would ride mine through it or even in that snow condition.

That poor snowmobile...

If ya'll would just stay home and be patient we all could ride a lot sooner 🙄

Matthew Valentino

Puddle jump. Throttle out with a dirty sled. No worries

Dan Pysh Greg Artes looks like we got to them before it all went to shit

Garrett Hemann

Thanks for sharong

I would think a person would no that the trails are not good enough to ride just by the weather in the last 2 weeks

KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports - Jeff Leary, Andy Burns and crew just shared these photos with us after enjoying a stop at Omer's Golf Course Bar, Restaurant, and Rental Cabins of Trail 3 from Mass City to South Range.
They said, Trail 3 from Mass City to South Range was good to fair. It got ugly when we got North of South Range. There are some bare corners coming out of Mass City. We enjoyed a great lunch at Omar’s. Do your snow dances!
It’s awesome to se people out making the best out of their trips! ... #keweenaw #snowphotos #trailreports

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan - Slow moving system will bring the region some snow today. It doesn't look like ‘the big one', but we should still get a few inches of wet snow. The best spots will be close to the WI/MI stateline and west of Marquette into the Michigamme Highlands. Places near the lakeshores could see some rain mix in with the snow. Unless there’s a huge turnaround, this winter could be the last straw for me. Sell all but one of my five machines and just fully switch everything to dirt toys. I have way too much time and money wrapped up into these flipping sleds to get 4 to 6 weeks a year out of them. I try not to get pissed about things that are out of my control but what a joke.
