Last night news said no new snow for 10 days so now I think it’s a countdown to 9 days. They said that the only snow was the half inch was that we did get last night and that was a fluffy lake effect. Not what we want to hear.
I drove to Gaylord last night and looked at the mud path also known as trail 7. Didnt look appealing to me. But I did have 5 sleds into the shop this morning from some Ohio guys ready to ride, they have been hear a few days and are still trying to squeeze in some riding.
I measured the snow down at my pole barn next to my storage lot. Today was the first time I drove back into it since the first of December and it has been untouched and I measured 7 inches in there so if you could find a spot like that untouched that is what is out there. I have to think we are going to lose alot of that this week yet. So that’s enough doom and gloom, pictures below are of the new Sledheads face masks / neck gators I just got in…..
Also stay off the lakes as ice is still thin, 2 sleds went in the past couple days but people were rescued.
