We need more snow! Unfortunately our local trails are in poor condition. Icy trails are unsafe. Dirt/gravel spots on the trail can cause snowmobile damage. We need trail conditions to improve before we can start renting. Keep doing that snow dance! Snow will continue to spread across the area, leading to 1-2" of wet accumulations for many south of the bridge before switching over rain. Strong winds are expected today with gusts to 40+ mph, potentially leading to more down trees and limbs from recent icing. This could lead to dangerous conditions for those without power or a safe source of heat.
