Keweenaw Peninsula Trail Report – 03/16
KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports – 3/16 Love hearing ALL these positive reports of riders that “chanced it” and traveled S❄ far to ride Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula this past weekend! Brian Dennis shared these beautiful photos with us and had this to say, “Despite all this Corona Virus mayhem going on, we had a great few days in the UP! Pics from yesterday Calumet to Lake Linden to Gay to Vansville to Eagle River to High Rock Bay to Lac La Belle back to Trailside in Calumet. All trails were flat, fast and sunny 😎! Thank you groomers once again for making our 9 hour drive from Iowa worth it!” Thanks for sharing Brian! See you next season! <> March 16, 2020 Snowmobile trails are in fair to good condition throughout the Keweenaw. Road crossings and inter-city limits have bare spots. Trails are groomed daily throughout the region. Remember when you’re out on the trails to watch out for the groomers. They have the right away. Please stay on the trails, STAY OFF THE ICE, respect private property, do not drink and drive, and above all else, drive safely. The signs on the trails are there for rider’s safety so please DO NOT remove or destroy them. Houghton County has received a total of 165.6″ of snow for the season and Keweenaw County has received 259.6″ of snow for the season.* No updates on yesterday’s snow. Estimate about 5 inches (not included in these totals). <> Keweenaw Trail Reports on Facebook >>>> <> <> Latest Trail Reports – Quick Links <>
