KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports – 3/13

ALL positive reports coming in from riders!

Adam Garvey shared these photos and had this to say about the trail conditions…. “Went for a quick couple hour ride tonight Current conditions are great north of Calumet, rode 3 130 132 134”

If you are riding Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula this weekend please share your photos and comments with us! It’s always great to provide other riders thoughts on conditions in addition to my personal reviews and reviews of the Groomer Operators!

What are YOU waiting for?! Get UP here and ride!

W❄W! The new blanket of white gold is definitely making the trails even nicer!

Groomers are out in full force and Groomer Operator Glenn Rowe shared these photos of his morning run!

I have not heard anything in regards to the Groomer Operator heading to High Rock but there was a report yesterday of the beaver pond on the way out to the point opening up yesterday…

Anyone riding today please share your photos s d comments with us!

KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Western & Southern UP Trail Reports – 3/13

Just took a ride on Trail 3 to clean up some down trees. Richard was in the groomer and I ran the saw. Ended up there was 4 trees down and lots of low hanging trees.
So here’s my look at conditions. We are grooming and the trails look good just watch for wet spots from the rain we got yesterday. Once everything is groomed and cleaned up it should be a great weekend to ride.

Is this legal with the stay at home executive order? If so, I would hope they use discretion in enforcement.

I love you Michigan ❤️ I’m south of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania and my husband, kids, and myself were in Michigan last year. We got a hotel in Munising and oh my the beauty! Pictured Rocks was amazing and the forest and the colors of the water were breathtaking! We are planning to go again...are there any places that are a must to go see besides Pictured Rocks?

Thank you!
