MUNISING AREA UPDATE via Alger County SORVA – 2/12

TRAIL REPORT – Wednesday, 02-12-2020
TWO MACHINES RUNNING AND SNOW COMING
Overall trail conditions are good to very good. The Bully is back grooming the trails and made it’s first recovery pass on Trail 419 headed back to staging in Christmas. Thanks Al from Pisten Bully for the quick planetary replacement and Operator Quest for helping him out. An inch or two of fresh snow is forecast for tonight with more over the next few days. It will take a few days but with both machines running all trails are expected to be back in great shape by the weekend. Dog Sled Races this weekend so watch for signs like shown below, slow down and give right-of-way to the teams racing. Munising Ice Fest this weekend too which will have increased traffic and vehicles out by Miners Castle. Keep the cold weather snow dancing going, Enjoy the Trails and Ride Safe! MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails – 2/10

Continued cold temps a couple inches of snow for the last couple days, plus another fresh groom last night that panned out beautifully, and set up nicely means our trail is in excellent condition. If your lucky enough to be retired, or on vacation it’s a great time to ride. Heck, even if your not when was the last time you called in sick? It’s prime for a ride, and worth calling in. We hope you can make it out to enjoy because it’s as good as it gets right now. Be safe out there, and ride right…
