Ironwood Trail Report – 01/07
IRONWOOD / WESTERN U.P. UPDATE via Gogebic Range Trail Authority – ORV & Snowmobile Club – 1/7 Come and get the fresh snow this weekend! Trail 8 water holes will be worked on today by Gogebic Area Grooming. GRTA is experincing the northern 2 miles of old M-28 being plowed up this season. The A-team of Groomer Man Dan and Groomer Man Brian cut in a brand new trail along the power lines filling water holes and building bridges where needed. It will be signed this week. If taking trail 8 use caution as the traffic pattern has changed for the remainder of this season. Trail 2 was groomed from Hurley, WI to Marenisco, MI for the 5th straight night in a row. Trail 160 will be groomed today and hopefully 1 of 2 reroutes will be eliminated. Trails are looking exceptional! Be sure to stop at our sponsors along the trail!
