Frederic / Gaylord Area Trail Report – Sledheads of Frederic – 12/22
It’s a sunny and quiet sunday morning in Frederic and already at 37 degrees at ten thirty in the morning. Sled traffic thru town was fair yesterday with riders getting in what they could as the snow contiues to melt. Had 2 rigs parked out in my lot behind the building yesterday and one again this morning. This is the second day of winter and I dont think any of us want to see this snow melt. I heard the lot out on 72 yesterday just west of Dingmans was pretty full of trailers yesterday and speaking of Dingmans I understand they have new footings in the ground so while I doubt they will be open before the end of the sled season it will be great for summertime. Dingmans also has a new neighbor going in and you will find it hard to believe but its a Dollar General…… Took a few pics yesterday, Bud lite Bob and Keith rode up here from Roscommon yesterday, night time pic of sleds I took at the swamp last night and you can see the neon green glow of Sledheads in the background, also a couple pics of the new Arctic Cat jackets I have in here along with bibs too……Snow Chants needed heavy duty. Thanks for checking in.
