Ironwood Trail Report – Gogebic Range Trail Authority – 03/06
Boy was last night’s sunset something else! If you haven’t experienced a late winter sunset in the U.P., YOU NEED TO! Trails are seeing very little traffic and they remain in the best shape of the season. We are still working to widen sections of trails, but all have been groomed 4-6times (8-12 passes) or more since the last big blast of snow and they are all flat and fast!! There is another storm forecast for Sunday, looking like 6-12" so far but we shall see. Trail 2 from Ironwood to Marenisco and trail 8 was groomed yesterday.
