Frederic / Gaylord Area Trail Report – Sledheads of Frederic – 01/26
Been swamped here with riders since I got here at 8:30, 40 trailers at the Ramada and 11 at the Days INn this morning and sleds were out and running warming up when I went thru there at 7:45. Gauntlets are a good seller this morning. It has warmed up now to minus 10 at 9:45 a.m. No new snow over night but it feels good to have people in here and many stopping to say hi and coming in to warm up……. pics below are from this morn at the thermometer and some Canadian guys lined up out here yesterday……serious sled crash by a drunk rider up near the high school the Thursday night, rider down the road and hit a vehicle, rider seriously hurt but alive. Its always speed and most of the time alcohol. Keeping it short this morning. PLEASE RIDE SAFELY AND RIDE RIGHT. Thanks for checking in.
