Good morning! All of GRTA authority for trail 2 and trail 8 were groomed last night. From Hurley, WI to our turnaround on trail 8 as well as to Marenisco. The ski hills section has been downgraded to fair, all other trails rated good. Trails are getting very icy with high amounts of holiday weekend traffic. We did pick up 2in of fresh snow. Please become a member and support our 100% all-volunteer grooming crew. www.gogebicrangeta.org ... See MoreSee Less

Volunteer groomer operator Steve G. did a triple groom of the lower 3 miles of trail 11S that connects Vilas County WI SnoBunnies Snowmobile Club trail 11 to GRTA trail 2 between Wakefield and Marenisco. Video is of the now repaired water hole that caused some grief during early season. The trail is rated as VERY GOOD. Thank you Steve G! Now the groomer is boogieing back to our barn for a thorough greasing, check over and then out again for the night. Your club managing the Western Gateway to the U.P. just doesn't quit! Our volunteers are the best and are PRICELESS! #snowmobileeconomy #gogebiccountymi #chaneylake #joinus ... See MoreSee Less
