NEWBERRY AREA UPDATE via North Store Follow Me Outfitters – And let the snow stomping, goat ropeing , and winter games begin, now open for your winter season. Groomers out panning and filling and praying for another 2′ by Christmas. Thanks to all who make this great sport better and better. A groomer will be heading out on this trail this afternoon to do some panning. Trail #45 This trail is closed from M-123 because the DNR is currently working on the Charcoal Grade and the gates are closed until hunting season is over December 16th. DANGER: The gate at CR 500 to the Tahquamenon Falls is open but the swamps are not frozen so please do not attempt to ride this trail!!! South Trail #9/2/473 A groomer will be heading out this afternoon to check this trail.
