Antrim County Trail Report – 12/01

EAST JORDAN UPDATE via Jordan Valley Trails Council – Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages….. December 1st, the opening day of snowmobile season has arrived! BUT, Unfortunately someone forgot to get the snow delivered in time! A quick look at the weekly forecast shows more rain than snow is the bad news. So buy those trail permits (as those funds are what we use to groom) and shine up those sleds, the snow will be here before you know it!

EAST JORDAN UPDATE via East Jordan Sno-Mobilers, Inc. – Today the trails were officially opened, but we are missing a little something. SNOW! So it is time to get out and boogie, and do the snow dance….

Yesterday we held our appreciation party for our operators, volunteers and their families for all they do. Huge thank you to Jim and Karen for preparing the delicious food and the Antrim County Snowmobile Club for hosting the event! It was a great time had by all! Also have to thank Todd for making the beautiful knife we gave away to one lucky groomer driver, Cecil and Wendy all the prizes and collection of our donation boxes all year, Dave and Darcie for planning this event, DeLayna our Jr groomer for giving away prizes to our great group of drivers and most of all the wives that put up with all of this 😁. Keep an easy out for our drivers, you’ll spot them wearing their awesome swag from Shirt Works. Lastly thank you to all the riders that have donated to our drivers all year for all their hard work!
