Ontonagon Trail Report – 12/25
Trail Report – Mac was out on Trail 1 North to Lake of the Clouds yesterday, there is still that one large wet area between White Pine and Silver City. Then there are a few wet spots between Silver City and The Ski Hill. He filled those in last night and we are hoping they will freeze over with this cold snap. The road from The Ski Hill to the Lake is excellent. There was a foot of new snow yesterday and we have gotten 6-12" since then, AND IT’S STILL COMING DOWN. Our other good news is that our President, Randy, got home from vacation yesterday and is going out grooming today! You may see him on Trail 101 or Trail 13 to Rockland. Ride there with caution.
