Frederic / Gaylord Area Trail Report – Sledheads of Frederic – 12/07
It’s still snowing and blowing around Frederic, things are looking up as we are at 4 to 5 inches but it is all fluffy lake effect snow. From the weather reports and areas I have looked at as usual north and west of us had been hit with more snow, Jordan valley, lakes of the north and Mancelona areas and I would say starvation lake too. Still not good snow for riding but we have to get started somewhere. So keep up the snow chants……
Pictures below were north of the high school at trail 7 crossing on old 27 and trail 7 looking north at the north end of Frederic…….I still have not sold even 1 trail permit so far this season. I had many people that had lost permits off their sleds last year so I would encourage you to put clear tape over them for a little insurance. Thanks for checking in. Pete
