Frederic / Gaylord Area Trail Report – Sledheads of Frederic – 02/14
Go Away Sun… yesterday was sunny all day at 41 degrees, sun has been peaking in and out so far today. Sleds were still out lightly yesterday and I have heard a few go by the shop here today. Weather man says we should get 3 to 5 inches overnight. That would be nice, trail crossings I looked at this morning on the way here were still surprisingly white. Saturday temps they are claiming could be 50. Not what we want to see or hear especially seeing its presidents weekend. Our rental cottage at Lake Margrethe is still available for this weekend. I cant tell you how the snow will or might be but if you want to get away it will be at least good enough for that. This coming weekend at Lakes of the North they are having their Winter Fest. Lakes of the North Winter Fest so that is something to check out. Looks like I am going to have to look for more real estate business again seeing that mother nature is trying to ruin our winter fun. Just when it gets good and snowy out she tries to dampen our fun.
