Traverse City Trail Report – Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club – 01/27
We decided to send the groomers out tonight. Things are thin and there are wet areas but groomer driver Sid Hamill just sent this pic on the jack pine trail and reports things are surprisingly grooming up fairly well. Lake effect snow is forecasted for the weekend and cold temps. I am going to keep conditions at poor until we get a few more inches of snow and things freeze up. Conditions could go quickly to a fair/good status by tomorrow night!
