TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club >> 01/03 Groomer operator Mark on the south trail and Pat on the east trail reported great conditions on all trails. Groomer Jeff was training new groomer driver Randy on the north trail. Welcome to the team Randy! They were able to finally groom the powerlines on trail 5. We have been unable to make it up the hills due to the soft ground causing lack of traction. Groomer Jeff also reported great conditions. Thanks guys for volunteering your time to make our trails great. Now get out and enjoy those trails. Not much change, with heaviest snow between ~10PM to 3AM for most locations, couple hrs later Lake Huron shoreline.
