This is the best conditions for snow we have had all season! BUT…….. This is short lived. Warm temps starting back up again tomorrow will limit our grooming operations. Today is your best chance to ride! Tomorrow, the trail will start to deteriorate fast again with no base on the west end from 41 to Little Lake. Heavy traffic last night indicates really heavy traffic today. Let’s make sure we all go home SAFE by riding smart today. Ride right, lead right, ride safe, and live to ride again later!

MUNISING AREA UPDATE via Alger County SORVA >> We did see 6" of snow overnight. We had the trails pretty flat and icy is most areas. The Snow was wet and heavy. Plenty of wind. Please watch out for down trees. There is also some drifting to watch for. Most trails still have plenty of base but its rock hard. This fluff on top should make for some good riding. We will have folks out inspecting today. After the wind and drifting we will determine what / if makes sense to groom. Picture shown is showing an example of hazards on side of trail being exposed after some melt down. Pretty standard late season conditions. #munising#snowphotosWe did see 6" of snow overnight.
