BUT…….. This is short lived. Warm temps starting back up again tomorrow will limit our grooming operations. Today is your best chance to ride! Tomorrow, the trail will start to deteriorate fast again with no base on the west end from 41 to Little Lake. Heavy traffic last night indicates really heavy traffic today. Let’s make sure we all go home SAFE by riding smart today. By tomorrow, the wintry precipitation will become more confined to the north, while showers and thunderstorms sneak into the southern counties. A few of these storms could even become strong at times with large hail. MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails >> Short run today to make sure our east end is smooth and conditions couldn’t be better. Possibly making one more full run before the end of season to make sure we are right on track to finish the season out. Reports have been coming in that the trail is pretty smooth. Grooming will end, but the entire trail will be open through the 31st. Private land closes across the state on the 1st of April, so feel free to keep riding, but please respect private property as land use permits do not allow clubs to keep the trail open.
