CADILLAC AREA UPDATE via Coyote Crossing Resort. >> 02/25 Heat Wave! Conditions – Fair Snow Last 24 hrs – 0 Base – 1-4 , with bare spots around destinations Hello – This is second day in mid 40’s and back to more seasonal temps returning tomorrow. This is Spring like conditions with plenty of snow in the woods , but quite difficult getting in/out of any towns. Riding from Staging areas is suggested as is staying off trails until later tomorrow. We will groom as we watch the temps and conditions. Trails definitely need to firm up before we can do anything good with them .. Some snow is expected later this week, so we are likely in for more winter recreation. It’s been a great season thus far and all local businesses are so appreciative of your patronage.. It’s been several rough seasons and this year really brightened things up . And the Boon tractor is working as hard as it can to keep up with the Northern & Central sections. With two of our four groomers down, we're doing the best we can. South, Central and Northern sections should all get hit before noon on Saturday.
