TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club >> 02/19 Groomer Pat went out to groom the north trail. He rated the trails as excellent. Groomer Jeremy was out grooming on the east trail. He rated the trail as amazing. Thanks guys for volunteering your time on our trails. It looks like we are forecasted for a brief warmup starting this Sunday. Get out there and enjoy those trails. GTASC will continue to groom as long as the weather permits. Groomer Randy was stopped by a group of sleds today and was given a tasty treat of cookies today! Thanks to that group for the nice gesture! Randy reported great conditions while doing the east route. Groomer Jeff did the north route and reported great conditions also.
Unfortunately, we need to report that we are forecasted for a warm up. Starting Saturday and running for at least 6 days with temps in the low to mid 40's. Fingers crossed that we don't loose everything. #traversecity #snowphotos
