Highs will generally top off in the 40s early, except a bit cooler over the Keweenaw. Snow continues to fall over the far eastern end of the U.P. and over the northern L.P. We've had reports of just over 10" inches of snow in Escanaba! Winter Storm Watches are currently in effect for much of the peninsula, with the NWS forecasting snowfall that could easily top 6-12 inches. We got a good 7" inches at the shop! The most snow was North of H58 with a total of 12+ inches!!! Tomorrow will be warm but we have a possible 7-10" inches coming Friday thru Monday!

We had the trails pretty flat and icy is most areas.
The Snow was wet and heavy. Plenty of wind.
Please watch out for down trees.
There is also some drifting to watch for.
Most trails still have plenty of base but its rock hard.
This fluff on top should make for some good riding.
We will have folks out inspecting today.
After the wind and drifting we will determine what / if makes sense to groom.
